What is Foodie San reward program?

Foodie San is a membership and loyalty programme for different restaurants in one app. The program benefits all members as you scan your member ID at the store or scan the QR code on your receipt to earn stamps. You will be among the first to receive news, exclusive offers, and information about different restaurants in a single app.

How does Foodie San program work?

You can join the program by downloading the app from either Play Store or App Store. For every $15 NETT (before GST & service charge) you spend at the restaurant, you will earn 1 stamp.

There are three membership levels in this program.
Upon creating a new Foodie San account when you register, we will automatically enter you into the Level 1 of Foodie San Rewards program. Once you spend $240 NETT (before GST & service charge) within 12 months, we will upgrade you to Level 2 and enjoy the privileges in the level. After you spend $480 NETT (before GST & service charge) within 12 months, we will upgrade you to Level 3 and enjoy the privileges in the level. For customers who spend more than $720 NETT (before GST & service charge) within 12 months, a new Level 3 stamp card will be issued.

How do I maintain my Level status?

Once you qualify for the Level 1, you will be at that level for a full year from the date you qualified. If you spend $240 NETT in one year, you will be upgraded to Level 2. Once you spend $480 NETT in the next one year cycle, you will be upgraded to Level 3. If you do not spend the minimum amount in one year, you will restart your level you are currently in.

If I am Level 2 in another restaurant, will that mean I am also Level 2 across all restaurants in the app?

Each stamp card is unique to the respective restaurants; hence the Level will not be the same across all restaurants.

What will happen after I achieved Level 3 of the stamp card?

You will be reissued another Level 3 stamp card as long as you spend a minimum of $720 NETT before your existing stamp card expires.

Do I get to choose what vouchers I can receive upon completing the different stamp cards?

Unfortunately choosing of the kind of vouchers is not allowed.

Does my stamp card get expires?

Yes. Stamp card will expire 1 year from your anniversary date (the date you qualified for the current level of your stamp card membership).

What purchases are ineligible to earn stamps?

Purchases of Private Room, Gift Cards, vouchers, and bulk purchases with discounts are ineligible to earn stamps. Foodie San reserve the right to designate certain product iems to be ineligible to earn stamps.

How long does it take for stamps to be recorded into my account?

Each time you make a purchase at a participating restaurant, the number of stamps earned will be recorded in your account within 24 hours of the purchase.

I have forgotten to scan my membership at the restaurant. Can I still earn stamps?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue stamps or vouchers to you in the event that you have missed out in scanning of the member ID at the restaurant. 

What if my account does not reflect the right number of vouchers I should be receiving? Who do I contact?

If the total number of vouchers appears to be incorrect, please contact us at membership@mxcaterers.com.sg

Can I transfer my vouchers and stamps to another account?

Vouchers and stamps collected in each account can only be used by that account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

How do I redeem my vouchers?

Simply inform our staff in the restaurants upon payment that you would like to redeem your voucher(s). You may scan the barcode on your mobile device.

Reminder: Different vouchers have their respective validity period which is listed on the voucher terms and conditions. Foodie San may also offer special vouchers from time to time with different validity period. You can track your vouchers via the app. Please be sure to redeem them before they expire.

How do I know if I’ve received a new voucher?

You can view your new vouchers under the “Rewards” tab and “Vouchers” page

When does my vouchers expire?

Each voucher will have a different validity period, to view the expiry date of your voucher, simply click on:

“Rewards” and head on to “Voucher” tab on the top right and select the voucher you want to view on their expiry date.

When will I receive exclusive offers and discounts?

You will receive exclusive offers and discounts by email, SMS or push notification through our Foodie San app from time to time.

How do I check the status of my stamp card level and vouchers?

You can log into your account via the Foodie San app to track the number of vouchers you’ve earned and available for redemption. Do note that vouchers may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account.

Is there a limit to how many vouchers I can have at any given time?

There is no limit to the number of vouchers being issued at any given time as long as you meet the criteria for vouchers issuance.

When can I redeem my voucher?

All vouchers redemption can only be used in the next transaction.

Is there a membership fee to join the Foodie San app?

There is no membership fees required. Simply download the app from either Play Store or App Store to register.

Is there a minimum age to join Foodie San?

Foodie San membership is open to all customers aged 13 years and above at the time of application, with a verified local mobile number.

How will Foodie San contact me with my email address?

You may choose to opt in or opt out of receiving promotional emails from us. By opting in, you will receive notifications of the various special offers available to you as a Foodie San member. If you wish to opt out of receiving such promotional emails, you can go to your account and change your settings at any time.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on “Forget Password” on the sign-in page or go to the “Home” tab and click on the profile icon and then “Settings” to find the option to update your password.

I have not received my One time Password (OTP)

Please check that the mobile number given is accurate. Mobile number must be a valid 8-digit number registered in Singapore starting with the digits 8 or 9.
